摘要
钢铁企业含锌固废的处置一直备受关注。针对钢铁企业含锌固废处置的典型工艺过程,包括原料处理、固态还原分离的转底炉和回转窑、融态还原分离的高炉等工艺的发展现状进行分析,并借鉴部分生产和实验的结果,根据原料处理流程、能源结构、能耗、产品质量等特点,指出未来发展趋势。
It has been focused on how to dispose the zinc—bearing solid waste from steel plants for a long time.Current status of typical disposal technologies of these kinds of solid waste which include raw materials prepared processes,solid reducing separated technologies,i.e.rotary hearth furnace(RHF)and rotary kiln(RK),and smelting reducing separated technology,for example blast furnace(BF)were analyzed systematically.Combined with results from some actual production and experiments,according to the characteristics of raw materials pretreatment methods,energy structure,energy consumption,product quality,and etc.,future development trends were put forward at last.
