D10 mm热轧带肋钢筋五切分生产工艺开发

摘要 介绍了D10 mm日标热轧带肋钢筋K1~K3道次的孔型设计及K3切分轮内切分角的导卫设计,针对生产中出现的切分刀粘铁、K2道次顶出口、钢材波浪弯等技术难题,采取了提高轧机装配刚度、改进K2轧辊材质、严控料型等措施,实现了生产稳定,提高了质量保障能力。 This article introduces the pass design of K1~K3 and the Guide design of K3 internal slitting angle of JIS 10 mm hot rolled rebar. In view of the technical problems such as cutting shear bonding steel, K2 roller pushed to the outlet and wave bending of steel in production, measures such as improving the assembly stiffness of rolling mill, improving the material of K2 roller and strictly controlling the Billet shape are taken. The production stability is realized and the quality assurance ability is improved.
