摘要
介绍了高硫氰化物蒸氨废水对生化水处理系统的影响。从配煤原料、焦炉操作、化产工艺与设备、外来废水等方面分析了硫氰化物含量上升的影响因素,并提出改进配煤质量与焦炉操作、改进蒸氨操作、严格控制外来废水、鼓冷段设备和蒸氨塔设备优化等对策措施。实施后废水水质改善明显,保证了系统各工序的稳定运行。
The influence of high content thiocyanide ammonia wastewater on the water treatment system was introduced. The factors affecting the increase of thiocyanide content were analyzed from coal blending raw material, coke oven operation, chemical production technology and equipment, and external waste water. Corresponding countermeasures were put forward, such as improving coal blending quality and coke oven operation, improving ammonia steaming operation, strictly controlling external waste water, optimizing equipment of drum cooling section and ammonia steaming tower. After implementation, the wastewater quality is improved obviously,and the stable operation of each process is guaranteed.
