汽轮发电机组全周进汽纯凝工况优化改造与应用 被引量:1

Optimization Transformation and Application of Steam Turbine Generator Unit under Full Cycle Steam Admission and Pure Condensation Condition

摘要 对汽轮发电机组进行低压内缸(隔板)、转子低压复速级、前汽封平衡盘汽封环与发电机电能输出触点通流量等进行技术改造。由抽凝式工况运行改为全周进汽纯凝工况最优化运行,提高了汽轮机组蒸汽利用效率和汽轮机复速级轮周效率。机组汽耗率由原来的4.23 kg/(kW·h)降低到4.0 kg/(kW·h),机组效率提高了5.44%,实现了煤气锅炉蒸汽能工况和汽轮机组工况与发电机组三者运行工况的高效匹配,达到了煤气能源利用的最节约化、集约化、高效化。 The technical transformation of steam turbine generator unit is carried out through the low-pressure inner cylinder(diaphragm), the rotor low-pressure compound speed stage, the front steam seal balance plate, the steam seal ring and the generator electric energy output contact flux. The optimal operation is realized by changing the operation mode from extraction condensing mode to full cycle steam admission pure condensing mode, which the steam utilization efficiency of steam turbine unit and the efficiency of turbine complex speed stage are improved. The steam consumption rate of the unit is reduced from 4.23 kg/(k W·h)to 4.0 kg/(kW·h), and the unit efficiency is increased by5.44%. The whole steam turbine generator unit has realized the efficient matching of the steam energy working condition of the gas boiler, the working condition of the steam turbine unit and the operating condition of the generator unit which has improved the peripheral efficiency of the complex speed stage of the steam turbine generator unit. The most economical, intensive and efficient utilization of gas energy is achieved.
