基于苗医“毒学说”探讨苗药抗菌作用

Study on Antibacterial Effect of Miao Medicine Based on "Theory of Toxin"

通过对苗医"毒学说"的分析和对抗菌苗药进行整理研究,发现苗医对"毒"的认识与现代医学对菌的认识存在多方面的关联性。苗族运用多种类型的治毒药来治疗因毒而生的疾病,此类苗医疾病的临床表现与现代细菌感染性疾病多有相似,同时部分苗医治毒药具有良好的抗菌药理作用。在苗医治"毒"体系中,细菌应当属于苗医"毒"的范畴,可以通过祛毒来达到抗菌的目的。苗医药针对抗菌的不同药理作用机理可能是"治毒九法"综合作用的过程。

Through the analysis of ’Theory of toxin’ and the study of anti-bacterial Miao medicine, it is found that there are many correlations between Miao medicine’s understanding of ’toxin’ and modern medicine’s understanding of bacteria. Miao people use various types of antidotes to treat diseases caused by toxins. The clinical manifestations of such diseases are similar to those of modern bacterial infectious diseases, and some Miao antidotes have good antibacterial pharmacological effects. In the Miao medicine ’toxin’ system, bacteria should belong to the category of Miao medicine ’toxin’. It can achieve the purpose of antibacterial through detoxification. The different pharmacological action mechanism of Miao medicine against antibacterial may be the process of comprehensive action of ’nine methods of treating toxin’.
