摘要
目的:基于Cite Space可视化分析中医药领域特发性肺纤维化(idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, IPF)的研究热点与趋势,为IPF在中医药领域的深入研究提供借鉴与参考。方法:检索中国知网(CNKI)2011年1月1日至2021年3月6日中医药领域IPF相关文献,通过Cite Space 5.7.R4可视化分析作者、机构合作网络,以及关键词共现、聚类与突现词。结果:共纳入717篇文献,2011—2020年文献的年发表量呈波动式上升的趋势;以庞立健、吕晓东、刘创等为代表的作者合作网络规模较大,发文量较高;主要研究机构集中在中医药高校及其附属医院,形成多合作中心;关键词共现涉及476个关键词,除检索的关键词外,包括临床研究、实验研究、病因病机、中药复方等,关键词聚类共得出10类,包括肺纤维化、内质网应激、肺痿等,突现词共计25个,涉及基础理论研究、基础实验研究及临床研究等方面。结论:中医病因病机、临床研究及实验研究是中医药领域IPF的主要研究热点,生物信息学、Notch信号通路是其主要研究趋势。同时目前研究也存在不足,如跨团队、跨机构之间的合作较少。
Objective: Based on Cite Space, this paper visually analyzes the research hotspots and trends of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis(IPF) in the field of traditional Chinese medicine, so as to provide reference and reference for the in-depth research of IPF in the field of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: The literatures related to IPF in the field of traditional Chinese medicine were searched in CNKI from January 1, 2011 to March 6, 2021. The author, organization cooperation network, keyword co-occurrence, clustering and emergent words were visually analyzed through Cite Space 5.7.R4. Results: A total of 717 literatures were included, and the annual publication of literatures showed a fluctuating upward trend from 2011 to 2020. The authors’ cooperation network, represented by PANG Li-jian, LYU Xiao-dong and LIU Chuang, has a large scale with a high number of papers. The main research institutions are concentrated in colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine and their affiliated hospitals, forming multi cooperation centers. There were 476 co-occurrence of keywords, including clinical research, experimental research, etiology and pathogenesis, compound Chinese medicine, etc. The results of keyword clustering showed that there were 10 categories, including pulmonary fibrosis, endoplasmic reticulum stress, and pulmonary flaccidity and so on. The results showed that there were25 emergent words, involving basic theoretical research, basic experimental research and clinical research. Conclusion:Etiology and pathogenesis, clinical research and experimental research are the main research hot spots of IPF in the field of traditional Chinese medicine. Bioinformatics and Notch signaling pathway are the main research trends. At the same time, it also reveals shortcomings of the research, such as the lack of cooperation between cross team and inter agency.
