老年科患者对中医护理技术接受情况的调查及影响因素分析

Investigation and Analysis of Influencing Factors of Geriatric Patients’ Acceptance of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Technology

目的:调查老年科患者对中医护理技术的接受情况并分析其影响因素。方法:选择2018年3月至2020年3月来运城市第一医院老年科就诊的202例患者,了解所有患者对中医护理技术的接受度,调查其基本信息、就诊信息、主观感受等,并利用Logistic回归分析探讨老年科患者对中医护理技术接受度的影响因素。结果:回收有效问卷197份。老年科患者对中医护理技术的总体接受度为74.11%(146/197),受教育程度低、家庭人均月收入低、就诊时间不足、认为此项技术收费高、不信任医护人员技术、怀疑中医护理效果的老年科患者对中医护理技术接受度较低(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示,老年科患者对中医护理技术接受度的影响因素有受教育程度(OR=2.016)、家庭人均月收入(OR=1.981)、对此项技术收费的看法(OR=2.319)、是否信任医护人员技术(OR=2.526)、是否怀疑中医护理效果(OR=2.287)。结论:受教育程度、家庭人均月收入、对此项技术收费的看法、是否信任医护人员技术及是否怀疑中医护理效果等因素影响老年科患者对中医护理技术的接受度,故应针对上述因素制定对策,以使中医护理技术更好地服务于老年科患者。

Objective: To investigate the acceptance of traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology in geriatric patients and analyze its influencing factors. Methods: 202 patients who came to the geriatric department of Yuncheng First Hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected to fill in the questionnaire, and to understand the acceptance of all patients to traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology, investigate their basic information, medical information and subjective feelings, and explore the influencing factors of geriatric patients’ acceptance of traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology by logistic regression analysis. Results: 197 valid questionnaires were collected. The overall acceptability of geriatric patients to traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology was 74.11%(146/197). Geriatric patients with low education, low per capita monthly income, insufficient time for medical consultations, feeling of high fees for this technology, distrust of the skills of medical staff, and doubts about the effectiveness of TCM nursing had low acceptability to traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology(P<0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that the influencing factors of geriatric patients’ acceptance of traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology were education(OR=2.016), family per capita monthly income(OR=1.981), views on the charging of this technology(OR=2.319), trust in the technology of medical staff(OR=2.526), and doubt on the effect of traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing(OR=2.287). Conclusion: Education level,family per capita monthly income, opinions on the fees of this technology, whether to trust in the skills of medical staff, and whether to doubt about the effectiveness of TCM nursing affect the geriatric patients’ acceptance of TCM nursing technology. Therefore, countermeasures should be formulated for the above factors so that TCM nursing technology can better serve geriatric patients.
