摘要 MDI是超千亿市场的化工产品,其生产工艺复杂,技术壁垒高、资金壁垒强。传统光气法生产工艺虽然成熟,但原料光气的剧毒性限制了其进一步的发展。为此,开发了不同的非光气法MDI生产工艺。非光气反应耦合法合成MPC制备MDI清洁工艺,其原子经济性、环保和安全优势明显,最有工业应用前景。 MDI is a chemical product with over 100 billion market.Its prod uction process is complex,technical barriers are high and capital barriers are strong.Although the traditional phosgene production process is mature,the high toxicity of the raw material phosgene limits its further development.Therefore,people have developed different non-phosgene MDI production processes.The non-phosgene reaction coupling method synthesizing MPC to prepare MDI clean process has obvious advantages in atomic economy,environmental protection and safety,and has the most industrial application prospects.
