摘要
为解决焦炉煤气制备甲醇传统工艺氢资源浪费和碳排放污染环境的问题,在对传统工艺流程研究的基础上,采用增加驰放气辅助制备甲醇工艺流程的思路对传统工艺进行改进,并对氢循环率、冷区器反应温度等关键参数进行重新设定,并通过实践验证改进的效果。
In order to solve the problems of waste of hydrogen resources and environmental pollution caused by carbon emission in the traditional process of preparing methanol from coke oven gas, based on the study of the traditional process flow, the idea of adding purge gas to assist in the process flow of preparing methanol is adopted to improve the traditional process, and the key parameters such as hydrogen circulation rate and cold zone reactor reaction temperature are reset. The effect of improvement is verified by practice.
