回采巷道掘进过断层围岩支护技术研究 被引量:11

摘要 3505运输巷掘进期间围岩控制的主要难题是DF15断层破碎带内围岩破碎、自身承载能力不足等因素导致。为确保巷道安全、高效掘进,在3505运输巷期间采用"注浆+锚网索+架棚"支护后,可有效控制DF15断层破碎带围岩,从而为3503运输巷掘进安全创造良好条件。现场应用后,运输在在过断层破碎带期间未出现淋水,同时顶板、巷帮变形量分别控制在52 mm、93 mm以内,取得较好围岩控制效果。 The main problem of surrounding rock control during the excavation of 3505 transportation roadway is caused by the broken surrounding rock in the DF15 fault fracture zone and the insufficient bearing capacity of itself.In order to ensure the safe and efficient excavation of the roadway,after the support of"grouting+anchor mesh cable+shed"is adopted during the 3505 transportation roadway,the surrounding rock of the DF15 fault fracture zone can be effectively controlled,so as to create good conditions for the safe excavation of 3503 transportation roadway.After field application,there was no water pouring during the transportation through the fault fracture zone,and the deformation of roof and roadway side were controlled within 52 mm and 93 mm respectively,which achieved good surrounding rock control effect.
