摘要 甲醇精馏工序为焦炉煤气制备甲醇工艺必不可少的环节,为提升最终甲醇的纯度和质量,在对甲醇精馏工序简单概述的基础上,提出了与其相匹配控制系统的功能要求和功能实现思路;以常压塔压力和温度控制为对象,基于PID、串接联合控制方式完成DCS控制系统的设计,并完成关键仪表选型和相应组态软件和控制程序流程的设计。 Methanol rectification process is an indispensable link in the process of preparing methanol from coke oven gas.In order to improve the purity and quality of final methanol,based on the brief overview of methanol rectification process,the functional requirements and functional realization ideas of its matching control system are put forward.Taking the pressure and temperature control of atmospheric tower as the object,the design of DCS control system is completed based on PID and series joint control mode,and the selection of key instruments and the design of corresponding configuration software and control program flow are completed.
