高硬度新鲜水系统在现代煤化工中的应用与研究

Application and research of high hardness fresh water system in modern coal chemical industry

针对煤化工行业用地表水,投加液碱+PAC+PAM去除水中硬度,对比投加熟石灰+碳酸钠+PAC+PAM方法去除水中硬度,有污泥量小、污泥流动性好、易操作、设备维护简单等突出优点,能够保证出水水质的长周期稳定。

For surface water used in coal chemical industry,this paper adds liquid alkali+PAC+PAM to remove water hardness.Compared with adding hydrated lime+sodium carbonate+PAC+PAM to remove water hardness,this method has the outstanding advantages of small amount of sludge,good sludge fluidity,easy operation and simple equipment maintenance,which can ensure the long-term stability of effluent water quality.
