摘要
针对矿井6206运输巷掘进过程中超前探测钻孔施工效率底、劳动强度大、钻探与巷道掘进无法同步开展问题,提出将定向钻探技术应用到巷道超前探测中。依据6206运输巷实际情况,对定向钻探钻孔布置进行设计。现场应用后,定向探测钻孔对运输巷掘进前方顶板富水区域进行疏排,可为巷道掘进创造良好条件,掘进进尺由150 m/月提升至290 m/月,取得较好的应用效果。研究成果可为其他矿井水害防治工作开展提供经验参考。
In view of the problems of low construction efficiency,high labor intensity and the inability to carry out drilling and roadway excavation synchronously in the excavation of 6206 transportation roadway,it is proposed to apply directional drilling technology to roadway advance detection.According to the actual situation of 6206 transportation roadway,the drilling layout of directional drilling is designed.After field application,directional detection drilling can drain the water rich area of the roof in front of the transportation roadway excavation,which can create good conditions for roadway excavation.The excavation footage is increased from 150 m/month to 290 m/month,and good application results are obtained.The research results can provide experience reference for other mine water disaster prevention and control work.
