摘要
合成氨产业的复杂结构动态发展对合成氨产业实施环境政策至关重要。本文建立了我国合成氨工业自底向上的技术模型。根据不同的原料类型、生产工艺和设备规模,引入蒙特卡罗随机模拟方法,探讨了环境绩效与不同结构因素和技术之间的相关性,通过随机模拟评估了所有污染防治和节能技术的重要性。
The complex structure and dynamic development of synthetic ammonia industry pose a challenge to the implementation of effective environmental policies in synthetic ammonia industry.The bottom-up technical model of China’s synthetic ammonia industry is established.According to different types of raw materials,production processes and equipment scale,Monte Carlo random simulation method is introduced to explore the correlation between environmental performance and different structural factors and technologies.Through random simulation,the relative importance of all pollution prevention and energy-saving technologies is evaluated.
