摘要
针对酸性矿井水铁、氟化物、COD_(Cr)和SS浓度高的特点,设计采用“预沉调节+曝气氧化池+旋流澄清净水装置+锰砂过滤器+曝气生物滤池(沸石+活性炭)+超滤+次氯酸钠消毒”的处理工艺,介绍了该工艺流程、设计参数及工艺特点。工程运行结果表明,出水水质指标需满足GB 3838—2002《地表水环境质量标准》Ⅲ类标准。
According to the characteristics of high concentration of iron,fluoride,COD_(Cr)and SS in acid mine water,the treatment process of"pre-sedimentation regulation+aeration oxidation tank+cyclone clarification and water purification device+manganese sand filter+biological aerated filter(zeolite+activated carbon)+ultrafiltration+sodium hypochlorite disinfection"is designed.The process flow,design parameters and process characteristics are introduced.The operation results of the project show that the effluent quality index needs to meet the classⅢstandard of GB3838-2002 Environmental Quality Standard for Surface Water.
