摘要
主要对某电力公司汽轮机及环保设施改造验收进行污染源监测分析。结果显示,1#、2#锅炉烟尘、二氧化硫、氮氧化物排放浓度达到《火电厂大气污染物排放标准》(GB 13223-2011)表1中标准限值要求,煤场无组织排放浓度、灰库排放浓度及排放速率达到《大气污染物综合排放标准》(GB16297-1996)二级标准表5中标准限值要求。主要外排污染物满足国家排放标准和总量控制的要求,基本具备验收条件。
This paper mainly carries out pollution source monitoring and analysis for the transformation and acceptance of steam turbine and environmental protection facilities of a power company. The results show that 1#, 2# boiler dust,sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxide emission concentrations meet the standard limits in Table 1 of the Emission Standard of Air Pollutants for Thermal Power Plants(GB 13223-2011). The unorganized emission concentration of coal yard,emission concentration and emission rate of ash silo meet the standard limits in Table 5 of the class II standard of the Integrated Emission Standard of Air Pollutants(GB16297-1996). The main discharged pollutants meet the requirements of national emission standards and total amount control, and basically meet the acceptance conditions.
