摘要
针对某煤炭企业矿井污水处理现状,开展了污水处理工艺方案设计,包括工艺方案、预处理单元、混凝沉降单元、过滤单元等的开发,结果表明,污水处理工艺方案实现了污水处理功能。统计结果显示,处理之后的污水参数如下:SS质量浓度数值为43 mg/L,pH值为7.6,COD值为46 mg/L,石油类质量浓度3.9 mg/L,满足《煤炭工业污染物排放标准》(GB 20426—2006)要求,节约了水资源,保护了周围环境。
According to the current situation of mine sewage treatment in a coal enterprise,the sewage treatment process scheme design is carried out,including the development of process scheme,pretreatment unit,coagulation sedimentation unit and filtration unit.The results show that the sewage treatment process scheme realizes the function of sewage treatment.The statistical results show that the sewage parameters after treatment are as follows:SS concentration value is 43 mg/L,pH value is 7.6,COD concentration value is 46 mg/L,and oil content is 3.9 mg/L,which meets the requirements of Emission Standard of Pollutants for Coal Industry(GB 20426—2006),saves water resources and protects the surrounding environment.
