Analysis and Research on Training Demand of Cadres in Shaanxi Province

培训是提升共青团团干部素质的重要途径。本文以陕西省中学共青团干部为研究对象,结合当前团干部培训背景与问卷调研的基础上,着重分析了当前中学团干部培训存在的主要问题,就如何优化中学团干部的培训路径进行了探讨。

Training is an important way to improve the quality of communist Youth League cadres.On the basis of analyzing the current research background and important value of youth League cadres,this paper expounds the theoretical model of training demand analysis.Taking the cadres of the youth League of Shaanxi province as the research object,this paper discusses how to analyze the training demand of the youth league cadres and how to formulate the training demand model of the youth league cadres of Shaanxi province.
