摘要
龙门吊在各种大型结构的吊装中是必不可少的工具,但在桥梁工程施工中龙门吊多作为辅助设备临时性使用,因此在施工现场龙门吊轨道基础不可能像货场、码头使用的门吊那样进行专门的设计,而大多是在施工时由技术人员自行设计。本文主要以新建哈佳铁路马家沟2#桥80t龙门吊基础设计为例,对龙门吊轨道基础进行设计计算,总结临时使用的大型龙门吊轨道基础的设计方法,为龙门吊走行轨基础梁的施工提供了理论依据。基于弹性地基梁理论,提出了此类龙门吊的设计计算方法,具有一定的参考价值。
The gantry crane is an indispensable tool in the hoisting of various large structures,but in the construction of construction projects,the gantry crane is mostly used temporarily as auxiliary equipment.Therefore,the gantry crane track foundation on the construction site cannot be specially designed like the gantry crane used in the freight yard and wharf,but mostly designed by the construction technicians themselves.This paper mainly takes the design of 80t gantry crane foundation of Majiagou 2# bridge of newly-built hajia railway as an example,designs and calculates the gantry crane track foundation,summarizes the design method of temporary large gantry crane track foundation,and provides a theoretical basis for the construction of gantry crane track foundation beam.Based on the elastic foundation beam theory,the design and calculation method of this kind of gantry crane is proposed,which has a certain reference value.
