从治“神”与经筋理论角度探讨针灸诊治失眠

Discussion on diagnosis and treatment of insomnia with acupuncture and moxibustion from perspective of“spirit”and meridian-tendon theory

基于神与脏腑、气血、经脉的关系,从治"神"整体辨证出发,探讨局部从经筋角度考虑,针刺(以恢刺为主)腹部疤痕(筋结点)等治疗失眠的临床体会。针灸临床思维中,整体融入局部,局部辅助整体,方可取得良效。并附验案1则。

Considering the relationships among the spirit,visceral organs,qi and blood,meridians and vessels,the clinical experience of needling(mainly Huici)abdominal scars(tendon nodules)for the treatment of insomnia was discussed by combining the treatment of“spirit”based on the holistic syndrome differentiation with the local syndrome differentiation and treatment based on meridian-tendon theory. In the acupuncture clinical practice,the holistic differentiation should be integrated into the local diagnosis and the local differentiation should assist the holistic diagnosis in order to achieve satisfactory effects. A proven case was attached below.
