Research progress on chemical composition and pharmacological action of Limax maximus

从化学成分和药理作用两方面综述蛞蝓的研究进展。蛞蝓含有蛋白质、蛞蝓多糖、甾醇、单胺类、挥发油等多种化学成分。药理研究显示,蛞蝓具有抗肿瘤、抗炎、镇咳、祛痰、平喘、抗氧化、抗病毒等作用,临床上多用于防治癌症、支气管哮喘、慢性阻塞性肺疾病等。

In this paper,the research on Limax maximus is reviewed from two aspects of chemical composition and pharmacological activity. Limax maximus contains protein,limax polysaccharide,sterol,monoamine,volatile oil and other active ingredients. Pharmacological studies have shown that they have anti-tumor,anti-inflammatory,antitussive,expectorant,antiasthmatic,antioxidant,antiviral and other functions,which are mainly used for the prevention and treatment of cancer,bronchial asthma,chronic obstructive pneumonia and other diseases.
