摘要
目前国内已具备线网运营的地铁均采用人工播报的方式通知每条线路末班车发出时间,提醒乘客购票时注意,不能有效指引对地铁线路情况不太清楚的乘客,造成每天有大量乘客因赶不上换乘线路末班车而退票。这样不仅给乘客出行带来不便,而且给地铁运营造成了较大压力。很有必要将路径选择模型与自动售检票系统结合研究解决问题的方案,提升轨道交通自动售检票系统服务水平。
At present,in the cities with subway network operating in China,the last train time of each line is notified by manual broadcasting to remind passengers when they buying tickets,which cannot effectively guide the passengers who are not clear about the subway line.As a result,a large number of passengers can′t catch the last train of the transfer line and refund their tickets every day.This not only causes great pressure to the subway operation,but more importantly brings inconvenience to passengers.The path selection model is combined with the automatic ticket selling and checking system to study the solution and improve the service level of the automatic fare collection system of rail transit.
