摘要
高校的教学管理效率直接影响着办学质量。针对教学管理存在的问题,高校应更新教学管理理念、完善教学管理体系、打造专业教学管理队伍、丰富教学管理方式,以提高高校教学管理水平及人才培养质量。
The efficiency of teaching management in universities directly affects the quality of running schools.In view of the problems of teaching management,universities should renew the concept of teaching management,perfect the system of teaching management,build professional teaching management team and enrich the way of teaching management,so as to improve the level of teaching management and the quality of personnel training.
