摘要
当今时代信息技术发展迅猛,国家对高水平人才有更多的需求,在这样的形势下,高校的人才培养模式也需要做出相应调整。该文从产学研结合的角度对高校智能制造人才培养工作进行了一系列的研究和探索,分析了当前人才需求现状,构建了人才培养体系,并进行案例展示,旨在提高毕业生的就业质量和理论联系实际的能力,有效解决智能制造行业人才短缺的问题,为培养优秀的智能制造行业人才提供有价值的参考。
With the rapid development of information technology in today’s era,the State has more needs for high-level talents.Under such a situation,the talent training model of colleges and universities also needs to be adjusted accordingly.This paper conducts a series of research and exploration on the cultivation of intelligent manufacturing talents in colleges and universities from the perspective of the combination of production,education and research,analyzes the current situation of talent demand,builds a talent cultivation system,and presents case studies,aiming to improve the employment quality of graduates and their ability to combine theory with practice,effectively solve the problem of talent shortage in the intelligent manufacturing industry,and provide valuable reference for cultivating outstanding talents in the intelligent manufacturing industry.
