高职二级学院混改下双主体教学满意度研究--基于熵权和模糊综合评价模型

摘要 为了更好地给混合所有制改革提供参考,推进职业教育高质量发展,建立教学满意度的评价指标体系,面向二级学院混合所有制的阿克苏职业技术学院学生发放量表调查问卷,对企业开展与院校教师开展的双主体教学的满意度展开调查,并运用熵权结合模糊综合评价法算出整体得分。结果显示,企业教师专业教学态度满意度高于本校教师即公共课教学满意度,本校教师课堂要求满意度高于企业教师满意度,学生主体认可混合所有制教学。建议在有条件的情况下,不断完善制度设计,逐步推进混合所有制办学深化产教融合。在已开展混合所有制教学的单位中,要促进双主体良性竞争与评教,提高双主体教育教学能力。 In order to better provide reference for the reform of mixed ownership,promote the high-quality development of vocational education,and establish an evaluation index system of teaching satisfaction,scale questionnaires are distributed to students of Aks Vocational and Technical College with mixed ownership in secondary colleges,and the satisfaction of dual-subject teaching conducted by enterprises and college teachers is investigated,and the overall score is calculated by entropy weight combined with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The results show that the satisfaction degree of professional teaching attitude of enterprise teachers is higher than that of teachers in our school,that is,public courses;the satisfaction degree of teachers’classroom requirements in our college is higher than that of enterprise teachers;and students mainly approve of mixed ownership teaching.It is suggested that if conditions permit,the system design should be constantly improved,and the mixed ownership system should be gradually promoted to deepen the integration of production and education.In the units that have carried out mixed ownership teaching,it is necessary to promote the benign competition and evaluation of teaching between the two subjects and improve the teaching ability of the two subjects education.
