The System, Characteristics and Implications of Ecological Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

哈萨克斯坦生态环境脆弱,近年来,随着哈萨克斯坦经济的迅速发展,生态环境每况愈下。为缓解生态压力,实现可持续发展,哈萨克斯坦政府采取生态立法措施予以规制。基于对哈萨克斯坦生态立法阶段和《哈萨克斯坦共和国生态法典》主要法律制度的考察,分析哈萨克斯坦生态法律制度特别是生态法典的特点及发展趋势,以及哈萨克斯坦加强生态保护立法对我国的借鉴意义。

Kazakhstan's ecological environment is fragile.In recent years,with the rapid development of ka‐zakhstan's domestic economy,the domestic ecological environment is getting worse and worse.In order to allevi‐ate the ecological pressure and achieve sustainable development,the Kazakh government has actively taken eco‐logical legislative measures to regulate it.Based on the investigation of the ecological legislation stage of Kazakh‐stan and the main legal systems of the ecological code of the Republic of Kazakhstan,this paper analyzes the characteristics and development trend of the ecological legal system of Kazakhstan,especially the ecological code,and puts forward the institutional path that can be used for reference by our country.
