粗氢氧化镍制备高品质硫酸镍溶液试验研究

Experimental Study on Preparation of High Quality Nickel Sulfate Solution by Crude Nickel Hydroxide

采用氧化洗涤浸出法对粗制氢氧化镍原料中的镍进行了高效浸出试验研究,加入氧化剂过硫酸铵可有效实现主金属镍的浸出,抑制原料中Co、Fe、Mn等杂质金属的浸出,氧化后氢氧化镍纯水洗涤可有效去除粗制氢氧化镍中Na、Mg、Cl离子,浸出液可通过萃取工艺一步分离出高品质硫酸镍溶液,直接用于三元电池材料生产,简化了硫酸镍生产工艺,浸出渣可用于进一步回收钴、锰等有价金属。

High efficient leaching experimental study on nickel in crude nickel hydroxide raw material was carried out by using oxidative wash leaching method,the oxidizing agent ammonium persulfate was added for effective leaching of main metal nickel,for inhibition leaching of Co,Fe,Mn and the other impurity metals in raw material,Na,Mg,Cl ion in crude nickel hydroxide can be removed effectively by using of oxidized nickel hydroxide pure water,leaching liquor can be separated to get high quality nickel sulfate solution by extraction process,which can be directly used for production of ternary battery material,therefore,the production process of nickel sulfate was simplified,the leaching residues can be furtherly used for recycling of cobalt,manganese and the other valuable metals.
