摘要
研究了火试金测定含铜物料中金和银,试样中存在较多单质铜时以硫酸溶解预分离铜,选用适当的熔剂熔融试样,以铅捕集金银并利用铅扣与熔渣密度悬殊而实现分离富聚。对熔剂的选择、测定条件选择进行了试验,建立称量测定铜物料中金和银的分析方法。方法的相对标准偏差在0.57%~1.84%之间,样品加标回收率在97.61%~99.38%之间。
Gold and silver in copper-bearing material by fire-assay method was studied,when there's a lot of elemental copper in the sample,sulfuric acid was used for dissolution of pre-separated copper,proper flux melting sample was selected,and lead was used for gathering gold and silver,and then the density difference of lead button and molten slag was used to realize separation and enrichment.The selection of fluxing agent and determination conditions was tested,and the analysis method for gold and silver determination in copper material was established.The relative standard deviation of method is in the range of 0.57%~1.84%,the adding standard recovery rate of sample is in the range of 97.61%~99.38%.
