摘要
针对停槽黑电压高、整流效率低、空耗大、吨铝电耗高的问题,采取了多安装一条或多条跨接母线,降低单台槽母线总电阻的措施,达到了降低停槽黑电压、无功空耗及生产成本的目的。通过安装跨接母线,停槽电解槽平均每台槽降低黑电压79.3 mV,每槽每天平均可节约319元。
One or several jumper bus bar should be installed according to the problems that high shutdown black voltage,low rectification efficiency,high air consumption,high power consumption of per ton aluminum,therefore total resistance of bus bar for single cell was decreased,the black voltage of shutdown,the reactive power loss and production cost is decreased.By installation of jumper bus bar,the black voltage of each cell can be decreased averagely by 79.3 mV,it can save¥319RMB of each cell per day.
