食品科学与工程专业是一门理论与实践联系比较紧密的专业,本科教育是人才培养的关键阶段,本科生科研创新能力的培养与提升是高校教学改革的一个热点问题。本文主要将本科生科研导师制、阶梯式培养模式、科研课题等融入教学实践当中,探索新的教学模式,以达到提升本科生科研创新能力的目的。

Food science and engineering major is closely associated with practice.Undergraduate education is the key stage of talent cultivation.The cultivation and improvement of undergraduates’scientific research innovation ability is a hot issue of concern to universities in the teaching reform.In this paper,the tutorial system of undergraduate scientific research,step cultivation mode and scientific research topics are integrated into the teaching practice to explore a new teaching mode,and achieve the purpose of improving undergraduates’scientific research innovation ability.
