摘要
食品产业数字化转型是食品相关企业通过综合运用物联网、大数据、云计算、人工智能、区块链等数字化技术,共同构建从研发、生产、质检、物流、营销全方位转型升级的数字化企业体系。因此,食品行业相关从业人员需要由掌握食品生物化学、食品生产加工、食品理化指标分析等传统技能向掌握数字化系统基本操作、智能化仪器设备安装检修和质量检查及数字化体系运用、大数据平台数据收集与分析等综合技能转变,以适应未来食品产业发展新形势。
The digital transformation of the food industry is a digital enterprise system for food-related enterprises to jointly build a comprehensive transformation and upgrading of research and development,production,quality inspection,logistics and marketing through the comprehensive use of the Internet of Things,big data,cloud computing,artificial intelligence,blockchain and other digital technologies.In order to adapt to the future food industry development,the food industry related practitioners need to change from mastering the traditional skills such as food biochemistry,food production and processing,and food physical and chemical index analysis to the basic operation of digital system,intelligent instruments and equipment installation and maintenance,quality inspection and application of digital system,and data collection and analysis of big data platform.
