基于WSR的岩溶区域管道破坏特征与风险管控措施 被引量:3

摘要 岩溶区域乡镇天然气管道不可避免地受到岩土活动的影响,难以抵御土层错动作用和地表破坏所引起的永久性地面位移。在准确把握岩溶区域埋地管道破坏特征的基础上,建立岩溶区域乡镇天然气管道风险管控的物理-事理-人理(WSR)模型,并基于此从物理-事理-人理三个维度提出岩溶区域埋地管道的风险管控措施。研究表明:岩溶区域管道失效的最主要原因是管周土体与埋地管道的力学参数及变形性能差异,管道破坏模式主要分为拉伸破坏与屈曲破坏。为有效开展安全管理,既要注重在明确管道失效规律的基础上控制、减弱乃至消除危险源(物理),完善管道运行过程中的安全管理及应急处置(事理),也要运用法律、政策等手段规范相关主体的行为活动、营造良好的外部环境(人理)。 The township gas pipelines in karst area is inevitably affected by the geotechnical activities,which is difficult to resist the permanent ground displacement caused by soil dislocation and surface damage.On the basis of accurately grasping the failure characteristics of buried pipelines in karst areas,the WSR model for risk management of township gas pipelines in karst areas is established.Based on this,the risk control measures of buried pipeline in karst area are proposed from three dimensions of Wuli-Shili-Renli.Research shows that the main reason of pipeline failure in karst area is determined as the difference of mechanical parameters and deformation performance between the buried pipeline and the soil around the pipeline,and the failure modes of pipelines are divided into tensile failure and buckling failure.In order to effectively carry out the safety management,it is necessary to focus on controlling,weakening or even eliminating the hazard sources on the basis of clarifying the pipeline failure law(Wuli),improving the safety management and emergency disposal in the process of pipeline operation(Shili),and applying laws,policies and other means to regulate the behaviors of relevant subjects to create a good external environment(Renli).
