摘要 为积极适应国家老龄事业发展需要,老年开放大学在构筑系统办学体系、建立安全公证制度、积极开发老年教材、拓展远程教育服务、探索"学养结合"老年教育模式等方面进行了积极探索。受主客观因素影响,老年开放教育的发展在一定程度上受到制约。为破解发展难题,实现老年开放教育转型发展,本文试图从转变"老年观"、加大系统整合、完善课程体系、实施线上线下混合式教学、加强教学服务管理等方面提出转型发展的新路径。 In order to actively adapt to the needs of the country’ s development of the cause of aging, the Open University for the Elderly has actively explored the establishment of a systematic school system, establishment of a safe notarization system, active development of teaching materials for the elderly, expansion of distance education services, and exploration of the "integration of learning and retiring" model of elderly education. Affected by subjective and objective factors, the development of open education for the elderly has been restricted to a certain extent. In order to solve the development problems and realize the transformation and development of open education for the elderly, we tried to propose a new path for transformation and development in terms of changing the "view on the elderly", increasing system integration, improving the curriculum system, implementing online and offline hybrid teaching, and strengthening education service management.
