如今,企业成长理论日益受到管理学和经济学界的重视。基于对经典文献的研读,系统回顾企业成长领域的研究成果,厘清企业成长的理论、概念和评价指标,以期为企业成长的后续研究提供理论参考。目前,企业成长理论已形成内生成长论和外生成长论两大理论,主要表现为量的增长和质的提升两方面。目前国内外学者对企业成长的评价指标尚未达成一致。

The theory of enterprise growth has been paid more and more attention by management and economics disciplines.Based on the study of classic literature,systematically review the research results in the field of corporate growth,clarify the theories,concepts and evaluation indicators of corporate growth,in order to provide theoretical references for subsequent research on corporate growth.At present,the theory of enterprise growth has formed two major theories:internal growth theory and external growth theory,which are mainly manifested in two aspects—quantitative growth and quality improvement.Scholars at home and abroad have not yet reached consensus on the evaluation indicators of enterprise growth.
