创新驱动下山东省海洋科技投入对海洋经济影响的两阶段分析 被引量:3

摘要 创新驱动是中国经济高质量发展的战略选择。基于"海洋科技投入催生海洋科技成果"、"海洋科技成果促进海洋经济增长"的两阶段,采用灰色关联分析方法,分析山东省海洋科技投入对海洋经济的影响,并与其他沿海省市作对比发现,山东省不断增长的海洋科技投入对海洋经济的促进作用并不突出,海洋科技优势并没有充分转化为产业优势。主要原因是,海洋科技投入对科技成果的带动作用不强;海洋科技成果对经济的促进作用与其他沿海省市相比虽具有优势,但关联度水平仅为中等。最后针对此现象提出了对策与建议。 Innovation driven is a strategic choice for China’s high-quality economic development. Based on the two stages of "marine science and technology investment promotes marine scientific and technological achievements"and"marine scientific and technological achievements promote marine economic growth", this paper analyzes the impact of marine science and technology investment in Shandong Province on marine economy by using the grey correlation analysis method, and compares it with other coastal provinces and cities. It is found that the increasing marine science and technology investment in Shandong province does not play a prominent role in promoting marine economy, the advantages of marine science and technology have not been fully transformed into industrial advantages. The main reason is that the driving effect of marine science and technology investment on scientific and technological achievements is not strong;compared with other coastal provinces and cities, marine scientific and technological achievements have advantages in promoting the economy, but the correlation level is only medium. Finally, countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for this phenomenon.
