我国知识产权保护与技术创新能力关系研究——基于互联网和相关服务业

Research on the Relationship Between Intellectual Property Protection and Technological Innovation Ability in China——Based on Internet Related Services

以全国13个省、直辖市从事互联网和相关服务业的35家大型上市公司为例,通过实证分析,检验了知识产权保护与企业技术创新的密切关系。研究分析结果表明,知识产权保护对企业技术创新的发展起阻碍作用,在知识产权保护处于较强的状态下,企业更愿意减少R&D投入。

Taking 35 large listed companies engaged in Internet and related services in 13 provinces and municipalities directly under the central government as an example, this paper tests the close relationship between intellectual property protection and enterprise technological innovation through empirical analysis. The research and analysis results show that intellectual property protection hinders the development of enterprise technological innovation. When intellectual property protection is in a strong state, enterprises are more willing to reduce R&D investment.
