射精管囊肿合并前列腺小囊结石1例及文献复习

Ejaculatory duct cyst complicated with prostatic cyst stones:a case report and literature review

目的探讨精囊镜在血精症的诊断治疗中发挥的作用。探讨血精症病因、诊断及手术探查的必要性。方法回顾性分析于2020年9月21日入暨南大学附属广州红十字会医院的1例右侧射精管囊肿合并前列腺小囊结石患者的诊疗经过。综合文献报道,对该病诊断与治疗策略等问题进行讨论。结果患者因精液带血入院。术中可见右侧精囊开口肿大,精囊镜进入困难;行前列腺小囊探查,小囊壁渗血水肿及大量结石,行取石术。术后随访1个月疗效满意。结论血精症病因复杂。对未明确原因的血精症患者,内窥镜的探查对诊断及治疗具有重要价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical application value of transurethral seminal vesiculoscopy technique in the diagnosis and treatment of hemospermia,and to explore the etiologies,diagnosis,and necessity of surgical operation of hemospermia.Methods We retrospectively analyzed the diagnosis and treatment of a case of right ejaculatory duct cyst complicated with prostatic cyst calculi admitted to Guangzhou Red Cross Hospital Affiliated to Jinan University on September 21,2020.According to literatures reported,we discussed the diagnosis and treatment strategies of hemospermia.Results The patient was admitted for hematospermia,the right seminal vesicle opening swollen showed during operation,which resulted in seminal vesiculoscopy entering difficultly.A large number of calculi were found on the right side of the prostatic capsule,and the wall of the right small cyst had oozing and edema.The calculi were crushed and removed.The curative effect was satisfactory after 1 month's follow-up.Conclusion The etiology of hemospermia is various,and transurethral seminal vesiculoscopy has an important value in the diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
