浙江省水源地水库浮游动物食性功能群特征及水质响应 被引量:1

Characteristics of Zooplankton Feeding Functional Groups and Water Quality Response in Water Source Reservoirs in Zhejiang Province

摘要 为探明浙江省水源地水库浮游动物食性功能群特征及其与水体综合营养状态指数(TLIc)的关系,达到用浮游动物食性功能群参数监测水源地水库水质的目的,于2014年1月—2018年10月对浙江省8座饮用水水源地水库(K1~K8)开展了水质参数及浮游动物食性功能群丰度、生物量、物种多样性指数季节性调查。采用多元逐步回归与通径分析的方法,研究了浙江省水源地水库水体TLIc与浮游动物食性功能群之间的相互关系和作用机制。结果表明,2014—2018年,8座水库的浮游动物平均丰度为110.7 ind./L,主要由小型滤食动物(64.5%)和滤食轮虫(31.4%)组成;平均生物量为382.6μg/L,主要由小型滤食动物(76.1%)和中型滤食动物(9.1%)组成。滤食轮虫生物量是春季水体TLIc发展的决策因子;总浮游动物丰度构成了夏季水体TLIc波动的限制因子,主要通过小型滤食动物丰度的升高促使TLIc下降;浮游动物物种多样性指数与秋季水体TLIc的正相关性不显著;捕食轮虫丰度和中型滤食动物生物量共同构成了冬季水体TLIc波动的限制因子,两者之间的相互作用间接促进了TLIc的升降。研究结果可为基于浮游动物食性功能群参数的水源地水质监测工具的开发提供思路。 In order to explore the characteristics of zooplankton functional groups and the relationship between them and comprehensive of trophic level index(TLIc)value in water source reservoirs,Zhejiang Province,aimed to achieve the purpose of monitoring the water quality of water source reservoir with zooplankton functional group parameters.A seasonal investigation was conducted on the water quality parameters,abundance and biomass of zooplankton feeding functional groups,and species diversity index in water source reservoirs(K1-K8)from January 2014 to October 2018.Multiple stepwise regression and path analysis were used to study the relationship and mechanism between TLIc value and zooplankton feeding functional groups in water source reservoirs,Zhejiang Province.The results showed that the average abundance of zooplankton in 2014-2018 was 110.7 ind./L,mainly composed of small copepods and cladocerans filter feeders(SCF)for 64.5%and rotifers filter feeders(RF)for 31.4%.The average biomass was 382.6μg/L,it was mainly composed of SCF for 76.1%and middle copepods and cladocerans filter feeders(MCF)for 9.1%.RF biomass was the decision factor of TLIc value development in spring;In summer,the abundance of zooplankton constituted a limiting factor affecting the fluctuation of TLIc value,which decreased mainly through increasing the abundance of SCF;Zooplankton species diversity did not significantly promote the development of TLIc value in autumn.In winter,the abundance of rotifers carnivore(RC)and the biomass of MCF both together constituted the limiting factors affecting the fluctuation of TLIc value,which could indirectly promote TLIc value up or down through each other.The research findings provided ideas for the development of a water quality monitoring tool based on the parameters of zooplankton feeding functional groups.
