摘要
注水井流量计标定是油田精细注水管理的一项重要工作。传统注水井流量计标定方式有固定式标定平台法,便携式标准罐容积式比对法、标准表在线比对法、超声波流量计比对法等技术。这些标定技术的应用虽然有效解决了油田注水井流量计精确计量的问题,但该类技术均需要专门的装置及专业的人员进行操作,给油田降本增效和流量计高频标定工作带来了很大的成本和技术压力。为了解决这个问题,长庆油田试验成功了活动洗井车流量计标定技术。该技术是在常规洗井作业的基础上,利用洗井早期蓄水环节,改变储水罐来水方向进行设计,不影响注水井正常洗井作业,也不增加洗井作业成本,取得了较好的现场实施效果。
The calibration of water injection well flowmeter is an important work of oilfield fine water injection management.The traditional calibration methods of water injection well flowmeter include fixed calibration platform method,portable standard tank volume comparison method,standard meter online comparison method,ultrasonic flowmeter comparison method and so on.The application of these calibration technologies has effectively solved the problem of accurate calibration of flowmeters in oilfield injection wells,however,these technologies need special devices and professional personnel to operate,which brings great cost and technical pressure to the cost reduction and efficiency improvement of oilfield and high-frequency calibration of flowmeter.In order to solve this problem,Changqing Oilfield successfully tested the technology of flowmeter calibration with mobile well washing truck.On the basis of conventional well washing operation,the technology is designed by changing the inflow direction of water storage tank through the early water storage link of well washing.This technology does not affect the normal well washing operation of water injection well,nor increase the cost of well washing operation,and achieves good field implementation effect.
