跨越架远程监控系统研制

摘要 在新建或检修架空输电线路过程中常需搭建跨越架进行不停电跨越施工。为了减少不停电跨越施工过程中的安全事故风险,研制了跨越架远程监控系统,对跨越架施工过程中的各种参数进行实时监测与预警。针对施工现场布线困难问题,该系统采用远程无线分布式结构,各子站的传感器对现场数据进行采集后通过无线通信方式传输至监控中心显示。此外,监控中心也能对具有自动升降功能的新型跨越架进行控制。 In the process of new construction or maintenance of overhead transmission lines,it is often necessary to build straddle frame for uninterrupted crossing construction.In order to reduce the risk of safety accidents during the construction process of uninterrupted crossing construction,a remote monitoring system of straddle frame is developed to carry out real-time monitoring and early warning for various parameters during the construction process of straddle frame.In view of the difficult wiring problem in the construction site,the system adopts the remote wireless distributed structure,and the sensors of each sub-station collect the site data and transmit it to the monitoring center for display through the form of wireless communication.In addition,the monitoring center can also control the new straddle with automatic lifting function.
