主蒸汽旁路调节阀故障原因分析及改进

摘要 某核电厂主蒸汽旁路调节阀异常动作导致阀门故障率高问题长期存在。结合调节阀动作原理对该问题进行根本原因分析,提出改进方案。实施该改进方案后,主蒸汽旁路调节阀异常动作问题得以解决。 The abnormal action of main steam bypass control valve in a nuclear power plant leads to high valve failure rate,which has existed for a long time.Based on the principle of regulating valve action,the root cause of the problem is analyzed,and the improvement scheme is put forward.After the implementation of the improvement scheme,the abnormal action of the main steam bypass regulating valve can be solved.
