Monitoring and Alarm System for the Operation Life of Primary Electric Equipment

对电力一次设备运行年限监测报警系统进行研究,该系统包括储存模块、分析模块、报警模块和安全模块,其中储存模块、分析模块和报警模块间通过硬接线连接,安全模块与储存模块通过无线5G网络进行通信。此监测报警系统能定期定时提醒运维人员哪些一次设备快要到达使用年限,同时提供设备所在具体位置的线路名称、架构及设备周围情况的图模结构,能减少漏检、漏换情况的发生,既能极大提高运维人员的工作效率,又能对跳闸事故有较好的预防作用。

In this paper,the monitoring and alarm system for the operation life of primary power equipment is studied.The system consists of storage module,analysis module,alarm module and security module.The storage module,analysis module and alarm module are connected through hard wiring,and the security module communicates with the storage module through wireless 5G network.This monitoring and alarm system can regularly remind the operation and maintenance personnel which equipment is about to reach the end of its service life.At the same time,it provides the line name and structure of the specific location of the equipment and the diagram and model structure of the surrounding conditions of the equipment,which can reduce the occurrence of missed inspection and replacement,greatly improve the work efficiency of operation and maintenance personnel,and better prevent tripping accidents.
