摘要 提供了基于NCT热敏电阻温度传感器的测量精度高、测量稳定性好、成本低的温度测量方案。该方案易于扩展,满足多路测温产品的需求。通过高带载能力激励源设计、改进型测量方法、精密信号处理及零功率功能的实现与突破,完成测温仪系统设计。测试结果表明,基于NCT热敏电阻的测量系统的测量分辨力为0.001℃,测温不确定度优于0.5 mK,可满足精密仪器等测量系统对温度测量需求。 In this paper,a temperature measurement scheme based on NTC thermistor with high measurement precision,good stability and low cost is provided.Meanwhile,the scheme is easily expanded to satisfy the demand of mulit-channel thermometry.Through the design of high load capacity excitation source,improved measurement method,precision signal processing and the realization and breakthrough of zero power function,the design of thermometer system is completed.The test results show that the measurement resolution of the measurement system based on NCT thermistor is 0.001℃,and the temperature measurement uncertainty is better than 0.5 mK,which can meet the temperature measurement requirements of precision instruments and other measurement systems.
