摘要
针对某地区电能量采集系统数据错误率高的问题,通过现状调研分析,统计出通信数据不刷新导致的电能量采集数据错误占比73.95%,是造成电能量采集系统数据错误率高的主要症结。通过逐一分析造成通信数据不刷新的8个末端因素,得到了现场异动信息未及时更新、未建立主备双通道、布线方式不合理三个主要因素。对此提出并实施了规范电表异动修改流程、布线方式改造为串接接线、数据采集通道改造为主备双通道模式三大对策。改造后,电能量采集系统数据采集准确率均提升至97%以上,满足省公司要求,验证了对策的有效性。
Aiming at the problem of high data error rate of electric energy acquisition system in a certain area,through the investigation and analysis of the current situation,it is calculated that the error rate of electric energy acquisition data caused by non-refresh of communication data accounts for 73.95%,which is the main crux of high data error rate of electric energy acquisition system.By analyzing the eight terminal factors that cause the non-refresh of communication data one by one,three main factors are obtained:the on-site transaction information is not updated in time,the main and standby dual channels are not established,and the wiring mode is unreasonable.In this regard,three countermeasures are proposed and implemented:standardizing the change modification process of electric meter,transforming the wiring mode into serial connection,transforming the data acquisition channel into the main and standby dual channel mode.In this regard,three major countermeasures are proposed and implemented to standardize the modification process of the electricity meter,the wiring method is transformed into a series connection,and the data acquisition channel is transformed into a dual-channel mode with main and backup channels.After the transformation,the data collection accuracy rate of the electric energy collection system was increased to more than 97%,which met the requirements of the provincial company and verified the effectiveness of the countermeasures.
