摘要
某公司#1机组汽轮机综合节能改造项目,对高中压缸及配套设备实施换型改造,热控检测仪表及控制设备也做相应改变,并对多项参数的自动调节方式、MFT及ETS保护动作逻辑进行了优化完善。机组启动后的性能试验结果表明,改造达到了节能降耗的预期效果。
In the comprehensive energy-saving renovation project of steam turbine of a company#1 unit,the high and intermediate pressure cylinder and supporting equipment were transformed,the thermal control detection instrument and control equipment were also changed accordingly,and the automatic adjustment mode of multiple parameters and the protection action logic of MFT and ETs were optimized and improved.The performance test results after unit startup show that the transformation has achieved the expected effect of energy saving and consumption reduction.
