摘要
折叠结构能提高空间利用率、实现功能多样化。为设计一款多连杆折叠座椅,结合力学和机械原理,首先通过调查和查阅资料,确定折叠座椅合适的尺寸范围,再基于运动要求、性能和尺寸要求,使用双“X”式轴心折叠结构来完成靠背和坐垫的收放,从而使椅子达到方便折叠,节省材料,节约成本的目的。然后对多连杆折叠座椅进行受力分析与计算,检验其强度是否符合要求。使用UG这款三维建模软件对多连杆折叠座椅重现折叠座椅仿真的运行状态,得到其速度位移等相关参数的数据图。
Folding structure can help us improve space utilization and achieve diversified functions.In order to design a multi-link folding seat,combined with mechanics and mechanical principles,firstly,the appropriate size range of the folding seat is determined through investigation and review of data.Then,based on the movement requirements,performance and size requirements,the double"X"type axis folding structure is used to complete the retracting and unfolding of the backrest and cushion,so that the chair can be easily folded,save materials,and save costs.Then the force analysis and calculation of the multi-link folding seat are carried out to verify whether the strength meets the requirements.The UG 3D modeling software is used to simulate the running state of the multi seat folding seat to reproduce the folding seat,and the data diagram of its velocity displacement and other related parameters are obtained.
