老年青光眼患病现状及其影响因素调查

Survey on Prevalence and Influencing Factors of Glaucoma in Elderly Patients

目的调查锦州市老年青光眼患者生活质量状况以及其影响因素,旨在为缓解老年青光眼患者症状,提高其生活质量提供一些理论参考。方法于2019年2月至2019年12月,应用便利抽样方法,使用生活质量调查表、社会支持评定量表、日常生活能力量表及家庭功能量表对辽宁省锦州市400名老年患者进行问卷调查。结果结果显示,老年青光眼患者90名,患病率为22.5%;老年青光眼患者生活质量平均得分为(62.2±14.5)分,非青光眼老年人的生活质量得分为(69.8±13.6)分。老年青光眼患者生活质量的影响因素主要有日常生活能力、社会支持、家庭功能、是否长期用药。结论老年青光眼患者的生活质量水平偏低,社区医务人员应该根据老年青光眼患者的影响因素采取针对性措施提高老年青光眼的生活质量。

Objective To investigate the quality of life of elderly patients with glaucoma and its influencing factors,in order to alleviate their symptoms and provide theoretical basis for improving their quality of life.Methods 400 elderly patients in Jinzhou City of Liaoning Province from February to December 2019 were investigated by convenience sampling method with life quality questionnaire,social support rating scale,daily living activity scale and family function scale.Results The results showed that there were 90 elderly patients with glaucoma in Jinzhou City;the prevalence rate was 22.5%;the average life quality score of elderly patients with glaucoma was(62.2±14.5)and that of non-glaucoma elderly was(69.8±13.6).The main influencing factors of life quality in elderly patients with glaucoma were daily living ability,social support,family function and long-term medication.Conclusion Considering the fact that life quality of elderly patients with glaucoma is comparatively low,community medical staff should take targeted measures to improve their life quality.
