眼树莲化学成分研究

摘要 [目的]对萝藦科眼树莲属植物眼树莲进行化学成分研究。[方法]将眼树莲药材用75%乙醇浸提,通过反复的柱色谱、重结晶等现代中药化学分离手段进行化学组分分离纯化,得到单体化合物,通过NMR、MS等波谱技术并结合文献数据鉴定化合物结构。[结果]从眼树莲的乙醇提取物分离纯化得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为木栓酮(1)、β-谷甾醇(2)、丁香酸(3)、异香草酸(4)、眼树莲二醇(5)、羽扇豆醇(6)。[结论]化合物1~5首次从该植物中分离得到,为后续研究眼树莲化学成分及药理作用的物质基础提供了理论依据。 [Objective]To study the chemical constituents of Dischidia chinensis.[Methods]The dried whole plant was extracted with 75% ethanol. The chemical components of the ethyl acetate part of the Dischidia chinensis were separated to obtain the monomer compound by repeated column chromatography,recrystallization and the other modern chemical separation methods of traditional Chinese medicine. The compound structure was identified by NMR,MS and literature data.[Results]Six compounds were isolated and purified from the ethyl acetate part of the ethanol extract of Dischidia chinensis. They were identified as friedelin(1),β-sitosterol(2),syringic acid(3),isovanillic acid(4),dishidiol(5)and lupeol(6).[Conclusion]The compounds(1)to(5)were isolated from the plant for the first time,which provides a theoretical basis for the follow-up research on the chemical components and material basis of pharmacological effects of Dischidia chinensis.
