摘要
采用改进Hummers法制备氧化石墨烯(GO),并用萘系减水剂(NS)和超声辅助的方法制备GO分散液,利用扫描电镜对GO的形貌和结构进行表征,利用紫外分光光度法对GO分散液的分散情况进行分析,并对GO水泥基复合材料的力学性能进行研究。结果表明:采用NS作为分散剂对GO溶液进行分散,GO和NS的最佳比例为1∶10, GO的最佳掺量为0.05%,GO水泥基复合材料7 d和28 d的抗压强度分别提高35.89%和32.00%,7 d和28 d的抗折强度分别提高33.43%和28.00%。
Graphene oxide(GO) was prepared by modified Hummers method, and GO dispersion was prepared by Naphthalene Superplasticizer(NS) and ultrasound-assisted method,The morphology and structure of GO were characterized by scanning electron microscope, and the dispersion of GO dispersion was analyzed by ultraviolet spectrophotometry,and the mechanical properties of GO cement-based composite materials were studied.The result shows: the best dispersing ratio of GO solution with NS as dispersant is m(GO)∶m(NS)=1∶10,the optimum content of GO is 0.05%, the 7 d and 28 d compressive strengths of GO cement-based composites are increased by 35.89% and 32.00%, and the 7 d and 28 d flexural strengths are increased by 33.43% and 28.00% respectively.
