产学研背景下河南省校企专利合作申请网络特征分析

Analysis on the Characteristics of Patent Cooperation Application Network between Schools and Enterprises in Henan Province under the Background of Industry University Research

本研究旨在通过对河南省近20年校企专利合作的趋势特征、学科特征及网络特征等进行计量分析,揭示现阶段校企产学研合作创新现状及其行为特征,以期对河南省校企技术创新合作活动情况有一个总体认识。结果表明:河南省校企产学研合作的力度不断加强,区域合作发展的模式基本形成。但无论是高校还是企业,合作的对象主要局限于河南省内,且合作主体主要为省属高校及国有大中型企业,中小企业参与不足,合作的广度和深度都有待增强。

Through the quantitative analysis of the trend characteristics,discipline characteristics and network characteristics of universities and enterprises patent cooperation in Henan Province in recent 20 years, this paper reveals the current situation and behavior characteristics of industry-educationresearch cooperation innovation in order to have an overall understanding of the universities and enterprises technological innovation cooperation activities in Henan Province.The results show that:the universities and enterprises cooperation in Henan Province has been strengthened,and the model of regional cooperation and development has basically taken shape.Whether universities or enterprises,the objects of cooperation are mainly limited to the province,and the subjects of cooperation are mainly provincial universities and large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises.The participation of small and mediumsized enterprises is insufficient,and the breadth and depth of cooperation need to be enhanced.
